The classic atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant, and I felt excited the moment I took my seat. I heard there are days with Japanese cuisine, but on this day, I chose to enjoy French-inspired dishes. The moistly finished rainbow trout paired with green pea sauce and cauliflower puree has a gentle aftertaste. The venison loin from Lake Kawaguchi is served roasted, and it goes well with the Madeira sauce and beet puree. The smooth croquette with a hint of truffle is also impressive, bringing a smile to my face. The staff's attentiveness is warm, and they even provide cradles for families with children, allowing for a worry-free experience.
