The creative cuisine born from the brilliant collaboration of Japanese cuisine chef Mr. Morita and French cuisine chef Mr. Takada is the core of our restaurant. By fusing Japanese techniques and the beauty of dashi (Japanese stock) with the French art of delicate heating and ingredient use, their cooking style shows different expressions at lunch and dinner, a style created by the overlapping experiences and sensibilities of the two chefs.
