The takeout-only bento shop had a very smooth pickup process. When I opened the box, the gentle aroma of seaweed and bonito flakes wafted up, stimulating my appetite. The rice with barley was layered with seaweed on top and bottom, maintaining a rich flavor until the last bite. The hidden soft-boiled egg revealed itself in a delightful surprise, and the richness of the yolk brought everything together. The variety of side dishes, including grilled fish with Saikyo miso, white fish fry, and miso-grilled chicken, was packed in and visually stunning. Thanks to the carefully selected ingredients and elegant seasoning, I was able to enjoy every last bite with excitement.
