Hiroo Ishizaka

Born in Machida City, Tokyo. He spent his childhood with a longing to become a chef, and a part-time job as a student led him to become a sushi chef (Ginza Kyubei). He worked part-time as a student, which led him to become a sushi chef (Ginza Kyubei). He tried other paths along the way, but he could not give up on his childhood dream and returned to the path of sushi chef, becoming the young manager of "Taku Nishiazabu," which won a Michelin star.
