This new spot for gourmet food and fine sake is a renovation of the former residence of the Iizawa family from the feudal era in Sendai. With its high ceilings and beautiful beams, you can enjoy a pairing of Western cuisine and sake from Katsuyama Brewery. The spacious area, renovated from an old sake brewery, has exposed beams and a very atmospheric feel. The course meal flows smoothly from appetizers to dessert, with each dish showcasing the flavors of the ingredients. The combination of salmon crostini and white asparagus is refreshing and captures the heart from the start. The Jerusalem artichoke potage, layered with the aroma of homemade bacon, has a smooth texture that brings a sense of happiness. The steak made from Miyagi Prefecture's black-haired wagyu is cooked to perfection, and the sweet fat pairs well with the Madeira sauce. The satisfaction continues all the way to the dessert of cassata and berry gelato, allowing for a pleasant time.
