Minoru Dining Sanste Okayama Ten

The dishes use a generous amount of locally produced Okayama rice 'Kinunomusume', Okayama Wagyu beef from designated farms, our own developed brand of pork called Peach Pork, fragrant yellow garlic chives, and rich tasting Hiruzan Jersey milk. The homemade hamburgers stand out with their meat's umami and juiciness, harmonizing perfectly with the rich demi-glace sauce.

The interior of the restaurant is designed with a calm decor based on wood grain, featuring high ceilings that create an open atmosphere. The tables are arranged neatly, with consideration given to the distance between seats, ensuring a space where diners can enjoy their meals quietly. There are also large tables available, making it easy for groups and families to use the space.

Minoru Dining Sanste Okayama opened on March 13, 2020, as a directly managed restaurant by Zen-Noh, and it was established in Okayama as the 16th location nationwide. With the philosophy of 'focusing on local ingredients' and 'connecting producers and consumers,' it has played a role in supporting agriculture. The vegetables, rice, meat, and other ingredients used in the restaurant are sourced in close collaboration with producers within Okayama Prefecture.
