The tenderness of the gamecock is appealing, and we recommend the nabe course at the restaurant run by a couple of sommeliers. The appetizers of thigh tataki, breast tempura, and shabu-shabu were all delicious. The gamecock was kept tender without being frozen, and the breast tempura was juicy and one of my favorites. The sesame sauce was delicious and the wine selection was excellent. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.
