Located in a back alley in Tsukishima, this soba restaurant offers handmade soba noodles and duck dishes. The restaurant is run by a couple and has a relaxed Japanese-style atmosphere. The owner himself carefully prepares his own "Nihachi Soba" every day by hand. Other than Soba, we recommend "Kamo-suki-nabe," a superb dish with tender duck meat and sweet green onions, and "Tempura," made with organic vegetables. There is also a wide selection of sake and shochu that go well with soba.
