The rice to finish off the meal is
Rice cooked with sea bream, bamboo shoots and rape blossoms🍚🌸.
The sea bream is charbroiled, then the meat is loosened and the bones are used to cook the broth 🐟✨.
The bamboo shoots are albacore bamboo shoots from Tsukahara, Kyoto 💕 top quality💓.
The takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with vegetables) is too delicious and full of rape blossoms 🥢.
The owner says he has an image that he wants to make takikomi-gohan with fish and vegetables in it, like a complete nutritional food like Chinese fried rice. 👨🍳🌟
It was really good✨I had 2 more bowls ✨🍚🍚 I ate too much! LOL!
The snapper meat was also very hunky and the bamboo shoots were good 😍.
This was my favorite takikomi gohan I've had in the spring 🌸
There were two desserts.
First, blood orange and walnut parfait🍊🥜.
And the caramel ice cream with wasanbon sugar🍨🥄.
I loved this so much on my first visit that I had 3 refills 🤤.
Thank you for everything, Kotaro and sommelier Arimi 😌.
I especially like Japanese food in autumn and winter rather than summer 💓🍁.

Everything was very delicious. Both the appetizer of yellowtail and the salmon were tasty. The portions might be a bit smaller. The swordfish cutlet was also delicious. I wasn't expecting much from the fish dishes, but they all felt very tasty. I was very happy to have a candle placed on the final tiramisu, and to have a birthday decoration added. Thank you very much!
A Quality Culinary Experience that Evokes the Beauty of Japan
Located in a back alley of Ginza, this restaurant offers a Japanese atmosphere reminiscent of Kyoto's tea districts, where you can enjoy seasonal dishes. The signature grilled Spanish mackerel and assorted appetizers are particularly appealing for their delicate flavors. Each visit brings new discoveries, and the warm hospitality ensures a special time.
I was staying near Tokyo Station and searched for a good Japanese restaurant, and this place came up, so I made a reservation. The interior was relatively spacious, dimly lit, and had a nice atmosphere. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. There was also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, which was wonderful! I would like to visit again.
Fresh sushi restaurant where you can savor fresh fish from Toyosu Market
A sushi restaurant a 1-minute walk from Shintomicho Station, opened in November 2024. The head chef, raised in Tsukiji with over 40 years of experience as a sushi chef, sources seasonal fish each morning from Toyosu Market. For lunch they serve seafood rice bowls and set meals; for dinner they offer an omakase course that runs from appetizers through nigiri. In a Japanese-modern space with a seven-seat counter and a semi-private room, guests can savor the flavor of fresh fish accompanied by the warm hospitality of the head chef and proprietress.
Experience the Essence of Authentic Edomae Sushi in Ginza
Ginza Sushi Nakamoto is a renowned establishment that earnestly engages with seasonal seafood delivered from Toyosu, extracting its flavors to the utmost using traditional Edomae techniques. Guests can enjoy the meticulous craftsmanship of the chef right in front of them at a serene counter. The exquisite nigiri, seasonal appetizers, and carefully selected local sake and champagne promise a memorable and blissful experience.
I love the lineup of national sake (sake and shochu) that would make a maniac swoon, my personal connections with sake breweries, my deep love for national sake and the people involved with it, and the development of entrées that go well with national sake!
We had a lovely experience eating at the counter at Tempura Fukamachi. Unfortunately, we were seated right in front where the oil splatter covers were, so we couldn't really see what the chefs were doing... but whatever magic they worked... the food was delicious. All the food was perfectly cooked, and despite everything being fried, I did not feel like the meal was oily at all. Normally, I can't handle eating too many fried items, but the omakase lunch was so good I look forward to eating there again!
This popular sushi restaurant in Ginza offers an entertaining counter experience by the master Ozaki . Even after relocating from Roppongi, the restaurant continues to attract many customers with its superb harmony of entertainment and sushi techniques that make the most of the ingredients. Delicious sushi and cordial hospitality provide the best sushi experience for visitors. It is a highly satisfying and renowned restaurant that you will want to revisit.

The food was wonderful without any complaints.
They were all very attentive and delicate.
The bonito, the restaurant's specialty, was especially good.
The texture was chewy and the taste was rich.
Also, I don't think there are many dishes that use sakekasu, but this time it was sakekasu ice cream.
The flavor of sakekasu stood out and was very delicious.
The service was courteous and attentive, explaining the dishes and answering our questions. The conversation was neither too short nor too long.
Everyone saw us off when we left. This is a restaurant that can be used with confidence for business entertainment. (This time we were in a private room for 4 people.)
We will use this restaurant again.
A curry shop where you can enjoy authentic European-style curry infused with spices
Rodin, located in Takaracho and Hachobori, is a renowned establishment where you can savor authentic European-style curry made with fresh spices, herbs, and vegetables grown in their own farm. The flavors are a perfect harmony of aromatic spices and fresh ingredients, offering an unforgettable taste experience. The counter is lined with various spices, creating a unique atmosphere.
I feel that this is a popular restaurant. The first dish, a marinated vegetable, has a pleasant aroma and prepares the palate nicely. The game terrine is rich in flavor with a variety of ingredients, and it pairs well with the vegetables. The fish broth is rich in umami, free of any off-flavors, and it was satisfying with plenty of ingredients. The burger, layered with short-horn beef pâté, a fried egg, lettuce, and lardons, has a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, making it thoroughly enjoyable. The staff's subtle attentiveness is also pleasant, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
A Space to Enjoy Authentic French Cuisine and a Wide Selection of Wines
This restaurant, renovated from a historic sake shop founded in 1923, offers a casual atmosphere where guests can enjoy authentic French cuisine alongside an extensive selection of wines. The underground wine cellar boasts around 10,000 bottles, available at a wide range of price points. Diners can savor the exquisite pairing of food and wine.
The char-grilled fillet of Sanda beef had the perfect balance of lean meat and sweet fat. Tomosankaku, even with its high fat content, can be enjoyed with the charbroiled beef and wasabi soy sauce.
While the meat was expected to be excellent, the cold corn soup, sea urchin (rare sea), sea bream, and sweet shrimp from the seafood platter were presented at their best and made for a satisfying combination.
The additional abalone was also a gem, with both the heat and the sauce bringing out the best flavor.
Located just a few minutes' walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, Ginza Ichibun is a hidden gem that may be difficult to find at first due to the lack of a signboard, but it's definitely worth the search. The simple interior with an L-shaped counter is highlighted by the popular nigiri sushi made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients by the owner, Takeshi Ogawa. You can enjoy exquisite nigiri sushi that brings out the umami of the ingredients to the fullest from the extensive lineup. The omakase course, which focuses on quality ingredients, is also popular. Sushi enthusiasts should definitely pay a visit.
This specialty shop offers over 30 different types of burgers. You can customize your burger with your favorite toppings, making it a casual dining option for lunch or dinner. Tokyo Hatchobori
An authentic French restaurant on the second floor of Miyataya, a long-established liquor store, inspired by the atmosphere of authentic Spain.
A unique system allows you to choose a bottle of wine from the wall-side bottle shelf and drink it.
The interior is a bit small. There is a sense of gaiety as if it were a New Year's party.

I can only say that it was very good and delicious!
I can't get enough of the meat, and the menu is so varied that I never get tired of it.
There is a reason why they are called "long-established restaurants
We have been a butcher for 80 years and a sukiyaki restaurant for 60 years.
That's why we are called a long-established restaurant.
The meat is from Mr. Yoshizawa. (The meat was from Mr. Yoshizawa's meat (the best in Japan, apparently).
We had the meat course, and we really enjoyed the meat.
We had so much meat (see the picture), but it didn't make my stomach heavy.
It is not enough if the meat has a lot of fat in it. This is meat! The meat came out like a raging torrent!
We enjoyed shabu-shabu with different parts of meat. Nakai-san carefully prepares it for us.
Nakai-san seems to have been here for 11 years, and his workmanship is superb!
An impressive dish from start to finish. The meat quality was excellent.
If I were to rank sukiyaki, it would be No. 1 in my opinion! Costa is also the best!
If you can eat the best quality food in Japan at this price, I highly recommend it!
