Upon entering the store, you are greeted by a wall lined with one-sho bottles, a sight that is irresistible for shochu lovers. Drinking while comparing flavors brings an exciting sense of discovering new brands. The tender pork cartilage oden is infused with a savory broth, making the drinks go down smoothly. You can choose between standing or seated areas, allowing you to enjoy according to your mood that day. There are also snacks like nacho dip and fried baby sardines, offering endless combinations. Finally, when you take a bite of the butter-scented egg bread, a subtle richness of cheese spreads a happy aftertaste.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately excited by the rows of shochu bottles lined up. Each one can be tasted, making it fun to choose rare brands. It's interesting that the glasses are wine glasses, allowing the aroma to spread pleasantly. There is also a rich variety of snacks from Kyushu, and the oden with tender pork cartilage left a particularly strong impression. The hot dish stuffed with meat miso and cheese in a large green pepper has a crisp texture and pairs perfectly with shochu. I was able to relax and enjoy my time while playing with the shop's dog, creating a pleasant atmosphere that made me forget about everyday life.
