This is the best place to eat unrefined niboshi ramen @Hongo 3-chome This ramen restaurant is located near the University of Tokyo. When we think of niboshi ramen, we usually think of gray soup and a wild taste, but here the taste is light and simple, while retaining the goodness of niboshi, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. The taste is not addictive, but rather, it is a taste that you will never get tired of. The staff is strong but polite. I'd like to go back ❗️😙

Today's lunch was at "Menya Nemuru" in Hongo 3-chome 🍜. We ordered the "Thick Squid Niboshi Chinese Soba" ‼︎ The soup is an unusual combination of squid🦑 + niboshi🐟! 😳 This combination ...... is delicious! 😭 It's a superb soup with the perfect combination of squid and niboshi ✨✨ The noodles are medium thin and straight noodles made by Sugano Noodle Factory! They go great with the thick soup👍! This is a restaurant with a 100 name on the food log 🏆! It was delicious! I'll be back soon 🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋

Noodle Shop Nemuru in Hongo Sanchome 3.76 on the food log ✩Lightly Chunky Chinese Soba Noodle with Red Chicken and Clam (Soy Sauce) - 780 yen The squid broth I wanted to try was sold out, so I had no choice but to try this one... but it was unexpectedly good 😍💓 The broth of dried sardines and clams goes down your throat easily 🍜🙆‍♀️ The crispy onions and low heat moist chashu pork were delicious 🙈. I prefer my ramen to be rich and flavorful, but sometimes I like to have a light soup with dashi broth...
