Chinese Soba Noodle Restaurant Nishino in Hongo Sanchome ✰︎Eating log 3.94 ✰︎Budget 1,200yen Chinese Soba Noodle with Shrimp and Meat Wontons 2pcs each Listed in Michelin Guide 2020📖. Highly rated in the food log ✨. The first delicious and impressive ramen where I finished the soup 🍜💗. It became my most favorite ramen 🍜 ‼️‼️ A must try for all ramen lovers 🥺! Despite the simple colorful appearance, the deep and rich flavor of the niboshi dashi broth will give you a gusto. ‼️ The more you eat, the more elegant the broth feels, and the more you eat 😍. The broth is made from pork bones, chicken bones, and shellfish, and the complexity of the flavors is amazing 👏. The noodles are homemade straight thin noodles that are well mixed with the soup. 🙆‍♀️ The meaty wontons are packed tightly and have a strong meaty taste (๑-🐽-๑). They say that they have tried to create a dish that they wish there were such a wonton. ❤️ The prawn wontons are plump and boiled to perfection 🦐. You can dip them in the soup or eat them as they are! You won't regret topping them with this gem. There can be a line at lunch on weekends, but if you want to avoid the line, I recommend after 2pm 😋✨. Today's lunch was at "Chinese Soba Nissino" in Hongo 3-chome. This is the second brand of "Ramen Koike" in Kamikitazawa! This is the second time I've been to the restaurant since it first opened: ✌️ I ordered the "Sansho Soba": ‼︎ The soup is crystal clear and has a cute one-pointed Naruto 💕💕! The soup is chicken and seafood! The soup is chicken and seafood 🐓🐟 with an aftertaste of shellfish soup stock 🤔 and a nice punch of sansho 👊 added to it, making it an elegant, refreshing, and super tasty soup! 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 The noodles are thin noodles made by Murakami Asahi, and while they have a smooth texture, they are firm and delicious when you bite into them! A completely different dish from "Ramen Koike", but still tasty and solid! I'll be back for more 🤤. I'll be back to eat again. 🏃‍♀️💨
