Motsu-nabe Saitani is a sister restaurant of the very popular Motsu-nabe Ya in Kobe. The restaurant specializes in excellent motsunabe with a rich, garlic broth, odorless fish meat, and aromatic chives, which can be enjoyed all the way through to the end.
