■If you want to eat rice vermicelli, this is the place to go first! The famous restaurant operated by a pioneer company of Beef Noodles! Kenmin Dining Minato Motomachi Station (Hyogo) A restaurant operated by Kenmin Foods, a pioneer company of Beefun. The stores are located in the Kenmin Foods head office building and Roppongi. The restaurant has been featured on TV and is so prosperous that there is a long line of customers. We visited the restaurant on Saturday after 1:00 p.m. and waited about 30 minutes for any of the dishes. There are customers of all ages at the restaurant. Families can also enjoy the restaurant. Menu ♦Holiday Beef Noodle Lunch: 1,300 yen (6 assorted appetizers, soup, your choice of beef noodle, 2 kinds of dim sum) This is a cheap price of 1,300 yen for such a course. Excellent value for money. We chose the most popular beef noodle, the Fujian Baked Rice Noodle. It is salt-based and "rich. It has a sweet richness like oyster sauce. It has a mellow richness and is wonderfully intertwined with the noodles. The flavor may be achieved because the beef noodle is chewy and a little more elastic than yakisoba noodles. The fat is delicious and makes you want to lick it off. The shrimp yaki-sai has a firm skin. Shrimp broth spreads in the mouth. There is also a unique richness peculiar to shrimp. The sweetness of the shrimp alone is enough to eat without using sauce. The baked yaki-sai is The taste like shark's fin spreads in the mouth.
