With a reservation in advance, it is a private style for just one group, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. It is delightful that when I communicate my preferences and dislikes, the chef carefully tailors the meal accordingly. The mackerel mousse is creamy, and the combination with mashed potatoes and crispy chips is enjoyable, with a subtle smoky aroma that is irresistible. The fish dish has a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, and the tomato sauce, rich in shrimp flavor, pairs well. The Miyazaki beef has a refined umami from the red meat, and it goes perfectly with the rich sauce. The finishing touches of sea urchin cream pasta and spaghetti with turnip and clams, along with bottarga, are also very delicious, and I can confidently choose wine based on the suggestions of someone with sommelier qualifications.
