The omakase that started at the quiet counter was structured to provide surprises from the very first dish. The red vinegar rice was slightly warm, and the moment it met the cold toppings, a burst of umami spread. The signature crab nigiri was luxurious, filled with plenty of meat and miso, making me involuntarily smile with delight. Steamed sushi with nodoguro and creatively crafted small dishes followed, allowing for continuous enjoyment without getting bored. When I left the choice of sake to the chef, he served a brand that perfectly matched the dishes, further enhancing my sense of happiness. In a comfortable space, I was thoroughly satisfied and left the table feeling very content.
