This is a nostalgic tonkatsu restaurant I found in Asakusa. It has a counter and tables, and you can relax in the warm light. They coat and fry the meat right there, so the aroma of freshly cooked food is irresistible. The loin cutlet has a light batter, and when you bite into it, the flavor spreads delightfully. The katsu sandwich has a great balance of cabbage and sauce, with the perfect crunch and juiciness of the meat. The friendly service with smiles was delightful, and I enjoyed the conversation, making it a relaxing experience.
