This is a shop located on the upper floors of a retro mixed-use building, with a cozy hideaway atmosphere. There is a long counter with depth, and a few tables, allowing for a relaxed experience. The chicken butt sashimi was very fresh and had a deliciousness that is rarely encountered. The liver sashimi, grilled chicken neck with sautéed greens, and local chicken pasta were all prepared skillfully and were satisfying. The seasonal dishes like sea snails, boiled quail eggs, dried fish, and pickled barley miso are also enjoyable. You can talk about sake and shochu, making it a time to savor while drinking.
