It's right by the station, and the moist appearance and Japanese atmosphere are lovely. The small interior, centered around the counter, is clean, and the background music is calm and comfortable. The handmade 2:8 soba has a smooth texture, and its aroma is delightful, making it easy to keep eating. The dipping sauce made from local chicken is rich in flavor, with a gentle fragrance of grilled green onions and yuzu that is irresistible. The tempura, including shrimp, maitake mushrooms, eggplant, pumpkin, shishito peppers, and king oyster mushrooms, is lightly fried and can be enjoyed with salt or dipping sauce. The timing for the soba broth and tea, as well as the thoughtful suggestions for orders, were all well executed, allowing for a pleasant dining experience.
