This is a restaurant that grills local Amakusa Daio chicken over charcoal, and the aroma is very pleasant. The fresh meat delivered from our own poultry farm is firm and the flavor expands with each bite. The cozy space centered around the counter has a clean and stylish atmosphere that is comfortable. You can fully enjoy the different cuts, such as the rare parts like soriresu and furisode, as well as the lightly cooked chicken breast. The grilling technique is excellent, with a crispy exterior and moist interior, and every skewer was satisfying. The service is speedy, so if you want to savor your meal slowly, just let the staff know for an even more comfortable experience.
