Â Yosaku serves rice and gets excited at this kind of restaurant @ Shoin Jinja-mae. Shoin Tsurusui. The food prepared by the proprietress (🚹) Yosaku Mama, who is famous for her whispering puns, was exquisite even without sake ✨ This day was an omnibus course using all-star ingredients that only Yosaku Mama, who is a connoisseur, could come up with. From crustaceans such as crab and shrimp to high-end ingredients such as live suppon, abalone, and sea urchin, Mama's cooking brought out the full potential of the ingredients. For the last dish of the day, tuna from Tsushima is served with rice. 💕 The rice from Tsurumizu Farm, as promised, is one and only. We had a delicious and fun time on this day too 😊✨. I am so happy to have been able to go back. I am so happy to be here. I am so happy to be here!

Saturday Kegani Night Fever was sparked at this restaurant @ Shoin Jinja-mae Shoin Tsurusui. This day was a self-hosted private party. I love crabs, so at my request, we held a "hairy crab night" 🦀✨ We enjoyed a variety of dishes using hairy crabs and prawns, and finished with a delicious rice porridge, white rice, and crab rice made with rice harvested at Tsurumizu Farm. I was not only hungry, I was on the verge of bursting. The homemade butterbur miso and egg dishes never stopped my chopsticks 😅I enjoyed the marriage of Yosaku Mom's sharp talk ⁉️ and the night went by in no time at all. ☺️ I was so happy to be able to enjoy the food and the company of my mom. This is the kind of restaurant that makes you want to sing "Yosaku wa kani ~ peel the crab ~" @ Shoin Jinja Mae Shoin Tsurusui. It is a popular restaurant that is hard to get a reservation these days and it is a hot topic on some ⁉️ lol. On this day, we enjoyed an evening of Kabako crab and amberjack shabu shabu. The thickly sliced yellowtail is shabu shabu shabu in a pot filled with seasonal fresh parsnips and albacore. The meal was served with new rice harvested at Tsurumizu Farm. The rice is so good that it even brought a smile to Mama Yosaku's face. These were served with salmon roe, baby sardines, homemade salted fish, cooked eel, and zosui (rice porridge). I can no longer calculate how many more cups I had 💦 Talking with Mama Yosaku was fun 😆. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. 😆.

This is the kind of restaurant that boldly challenges customers' selfishness @ Shouinjinsha-mae When I requested in advance to have Kabako crab and yellowtail shabu at ❗️, I got a gouty winter course with prawns, fugu, albacore, ankimo, and karasumi (dried squid) 😍👏. The service spirit of the Yosaku mom was overflowing. The rice produced at Tsurumizu Farm ❗️ was delicious with rice and porridge with Kabako crab, shrimp and lily bulb 💕. I want to go here every day 😋.

If you want to get covered in crab at the end of the season, this is the place to go @ Shoin Jinja-mae Shoin Tsurusui. A full course meal of crab, which will soon be off limits. Pair it with sake and enjoy Matsukage "Kanimizu" night 💕. The crab was from Tsuiyama 🦀. Full of sweetness 😆. The end is Tsurumizu farm rice and crab cooked in an earthenware pot. ❣️ The rice here is one of the best in Tokyo ✨. Enjoy the owner, Yosaku mom's mumbled puns and satisfy both your heart and stomach 😊💖. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
