In a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy your meal slowly. From the first small plate to the simmered shellfish and mixed dishes, each one showcases skilled craftsmanship and is delicious. The bowls and steamed dishes have a clear broth, and the conger eel and red sea bream are both delicately prepared. The sashimi, including sea bream, horse mackerel, and squid, is of high quality and delicious, and the combination of sea urchin and vinegared rice has a pleasant aroma. A wide variety of dishes are served, including tempura, grilled items, and clay pot rice, with the firefly squid, Spanish mackerel, turban shell, and mackerel rice leaving a lasting impression. The sake selection includes brands from Tohoku and Nara, which paired well with the dishes.
