When I went up to the second floor, I was excited the moment I entered this calm and stylish space. It's a small shop centered around a counter, but it's comfortable and relaxing. The gut health hot pot and plates piled high with vegetables are beautifully colorful, and the flavors are gentle and truly delicious. The miso and tomato hot pots are filled with large vegetables, and the chicken is moist and tender. There are also small dishes using fermented seasonings, salads with homemade dressings, and even sugar-free sweet red bean paste, all of which are good for the body. There are many creative touches that are hard to replicate at home, and I feel it's perfect for a girls' gathering.
