Menu
This is a hearty menu item featuring tsukemen made with a broth that has been simmered for a long time with pork bones and chicken carcasses, flavored with several types of seafood. It is topped with char siu, seasoned egg, boiled dumplings, large seaweed sheets, and a variety of vegetables. Since its revival in April 2022, it has been well-received for satisfying hungry customers in one go.
This is a type of dipping noodle made with a broth that has been simmered for a long time with pork bones and chicken carcasses, and flavored with several types of seafood. It has a unique sweetness and richness, and we have received many comments saying, 'For some reason, it becomes addictive.'
We prepare our dipping noodles with a special blend of chili oil and tsukune soup for a moderate level of spiciness. If customers find the spiciness insufficient, they can request 'double or triple spiciness,' and we will adjust the spice level accordingly. We even have regular customers who order five times the spiciness, and we are supported by customers who love spicy food.
Finally completed in pursuit of a stronger punch than the previous rich pork bone dipping noodles! The rich seafood and pork bone soup pairs well with our homemade thick noodles, and when you're hungry, you can easily finish a large serving.
We have improved our Chicken White Soup Dipping Noodles! Our homemade soy sauce perfectly matches the chicken white soup, enhancing the richness and clarifying the flavor profile compared to our previous chicken white soup dipping noodles. This time, we have replaced the burdock chips with lotus root chips, which also pair well with the soup, providing a wonderful accent. We have crafted a flavor that will satisfy both chicken white soup lovers and those who are not!
We use a combination of several spices to prepare this dish, making it enjoyable for curry lovers. The dipping sauce pairs well with rice, so we recommend ordering 'oimeishi' (extra rice) to enjoy it even more.
We have created a nostalgic flavor using a chicken bone-based soup with Tsuboya's special soy sauce and homemade hand-cut chashu. Please enjoy the 'Showa taste' that Tsuboya envisions!
We have finished Tsuboya's Chinese noodles with a sharp spiciness using special chili oil, shichimi, and dried red chili peppers. It has a spiciness that will satisfy customers who love spicy food, but since the soup is originally gentle on the palate, it is a relatively easy-to-eat stamina ramen.
A long-standing side menu item since the opening. The combination of chashu and mayonnaise is exquisite, and there are even those who order two bowls of chashu rice instead of dipping noodles... It's a side menu that has been loved for many years!
