The interior is bright and new, allowing you to relax in a spacious tatami room or at a table. The soba is fragrant, thin, and has a pleasant texture. The dipping sauce pairs well with the condiments, and you can enjoy the soba broth until the end. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and you can really taste the deliciousness of the shrimp and sweetfish. There are different styles of soba, such as 100% buckwheat and 80% buckwheat, making it exciting to compare them. The cold chicken soba, with thinly sliced chicken, had a unique deliciousness that set it apart from others.
