The popular restaurant is far from the station, but well worth the trip! While cycling around Kyoto, I spotted a line of people waiting in line to try Kubota's. I went there and found it was Kubota. I wanted something a bit strong that day, so I decided in an instant to go there! . The daily special, mazesoba! Large! I think it was less than 900 yen. . Here you go! A delicious looking mazesoba in four different colors. . Negi, minced meat, onion, and bean sprouts. This is definitely the delicious kind, isn't it? LOL! . Mix it all together and it will look like the picture. Sip it with chuyu-chuyu. Oh, it's delicious. . A little spicy, but with some sweetness inside, it was a perfect match with the spiciness. . It comes with a little bit of rice for shime. It is also good when mixed with the leftover ingredients. I could see why people lined up for this dish. It's so good! LOL! ... Located 500m from Gojo station in Kyoto (quite far). A ramen shop with a long queue. Ginjo Ramen Kubota. This restaurant is in the TOP 5000 of the food log. The daily ramen menu looks too good to be true. Mazesoba! The spicy and umami flavors poured over my appetite and I ate it in an instant! Tsukemen noodles also looked delicious😍.
