This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Mizusawa udon on the stone steps street. The noodles are elastic and easy to slurp, and they are very delicious. The dipping sauce has a nice aroma of soy sauce and bonito, and the sesame sauce is creamy, both of which pair well. The tempura can be enjoyed with plenty of maitake mushrooms, or you can choose a combination of maitake and vegetables, and the batter is crispy. The set includes spicy konjac and sweet red bean dumplings, which are also satisfying. There are many seats available, and you can order via smartphone, and even if you wait a little, the turnover is smooth.
