In a calm space filled with a Japanese atmosphere, you can spend your time leisurely. In the Oya stone storehouse, you feel at ease right away by the irori (traditional sunken hearth) as soon as you enter. It's enjoyable to eat while watching the chefs' handiwork at the U-shaped counter. The tempura, including anago (conger eel), kisu (whiting), and scallops, is light and crispy, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. A dish combining shiso leaves with sea urchin and the soba noodles served at the end are memorable tastes. The sashimi and yuba (tofu skin) appetizers are also excellent, and the selection of drinks is abundant, allowing you to enjoy sake, wine, and whiskey.
