This calm shop located in the mountains has a spacious parking area, making it easy to visit by car. Inside, the tables and tatami seating are comfortably arranged, and there is a nostalgic atmosphere with faint remnants of the old school building. The Tomikura soba here is made with 100% Oyama bokuchi, featuring shiny thin noodles with a firm texture that is irresistible. The soba dipping sauce has a fragrant broth that gently glides down your throat with each long noodle you slurp. The charm of enjoying the fresh bamboo sushi, which spreads a gentle bamboo aroma, and the fun of pairing freshly fried vegetable tempura with various salts are also appealing. You can enjoy a leisurely meal while feeling the blessings of the mountains, and by the time you leave, you naturally find yourself smiling.
