A variety of fragrant cheeses are lined up, lifting my spirits. When I express my preferences, they suggest the perfect glass of wine, which pairs excellently. The calm space, filled with the warmth of wood, has a cozy atmosphere centered around the counter. It's also enjoyable to gaze at the cellar in the back, and I'm excited by the wide range of selections. There are mainly Champagnes and wines from various regions of France, along with a few from the New World and Japan, making the selection process enjoyable. The sommelier's explanations are easy to understand, allowing me to fully appreciate the charm of the cheese and wine.
