The atmosphere is calm, and you can relax the moment you take your seat. There are tables, a counter, and raised seating, making it very convenient. The dishes are served in a course format, progressing comfortably from the appetizer to sashimi, grilled dishes, simmered dishes, vinegared dishes, and finally to the main meal. The 'steamed sea bream rice' and 'karasumi soup' have a clear umami flavor that is very gentle on the palate. The sashimi, including 'bonito', 'horse mackerel', and 'squid', is fresh, and I felt that the preparation was meticulous. The service is polite and pleasant, allowing me to enjoy a happy time all the way to the finishing touch of sea bream chazuke.
