The restaurant is spacious with many seats, and there are round tables in the back where you can relax. The local flavors are well represented, and the balance of spiciness and umami is excellent. The spicy dish with a red appearance is exciting, and I appreciate that they can adjust the spice level to suit your preference. The tanmen, with a light soy sauce broth topped with plenty of ingredients, goes down smoothly with the thin straight noodles. The gyoza has an authentic taste, and the fried rice was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it. There were locals and people from China, and I felt that it was a place where families could enjoy a warm atmosphere together.
