In a calm space with only a counter, you can enjoy your meal slowly. The dishes come out one after another in a variety of styles, making you look forward to the next bite. The frying is done meticulously, with the shrimp being plump and the anago (conger eel) being fluffy. The dish wrapped in kudzu and the crab cream croquette, as well as the mini burger with minced meat, were also impressive. The fragrant dish combining koshi-abura (a type of wild vegetable) with olive oil, and the highball made with fermented lemon and Shine Muscat grapes were enjoyable as well. The chestnut Mont Blanc dessert was finished right in front of me, and both the presentation and taste were satisfying.

The theme of this course is "Luxurious Bites for Adults." It is a masterpiece of a course crafted by our owner-chef, who has spent 38 years perfecting the art of working with fine oils. Though bite-sized, every dish is a signature specialty in its own right. It might just change the way you think about kushikatsu.
