[Furaizumu ’26 – Indulgent Snacks for Adults] Popular items include Kōshū beef cutlet, crab cream croquettes made over three days with crab meat and homemade white sauce, and Kyushu chicken tempura with homemade yuzu kosho. Our summer-limited “Adult Shaved Ice” is now available.
The theme of this course is "Luxurious Bites for Adults." It is a masterpiece of a course crafted by our owner-chef, who has spent 38 years perfecting the art of working with fine oils. Though bite-sized, every dish is a signature specialty in its own right. It might just change the way you think about kushikatsu.
