The sushi served over the counter is all impressive. The moment it is placed, the topping blends seamlessly with the rice, showcasing the craftsmanship. The grilled anago is fluffy, and the harmony with the rice is irresistible. The squid is refreshing with yuzu and salt, and the flavors of mackerel, salmon roe, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, and scallops are all distinctly felt. The cucumber in the finely sliced kappamaki, as well as the egg and chawanmushi, are also hard to resist. It's enjoyable to gaze at the case filled with local seafood, and the calm atmosphere allows for a relaxed experience.
