I stopped by while shopping. I could easily place my order using a QR code and take my time choosing from the menu. The broth has a gentle sweetness and a fragrant dashi typical of the Kansai region. The udon is soft and has a smooth texture that goes perfectly with the umami of the toppings. The freshly fried tempura has a crispy batter, which adds a great accent. The staff were attentive and regularly checked on the water, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time.
