I am excited about the style of entering through a low entrance and having to bend down. Once I take off my shoes and step inside, the atmosphere is lively, with the voices of the staff echoing around. The dishes are visually creative, and the seasonal appetizers arranged on a wooden paddle evoke a sense of the season. The sashimi platter is fresh, and the fish of the season left a strong impression. The hot pot with yam is light and can be enjoyed until the very end. I also feel the joy of creativity in the combination of raw wheat gluten and Gorgonzola, as well as the grilled dishes prepared with miso.
