This is a shop that is easy to enter even alone. The craftsmanship is excellent, and they prepare the sushi quickly. The rice is soft and at body temperature, with just the right amount of vinegar. The hot tea is a nice touch, and I feel comfortable with the counter, tables, and raised seating. The toppings like sea urchin, abalone, and fatty tuna are delicious, and I could also taste the umami of the tuna. There are many regular customers, and it seems there are a lot of takeout orders.
