A popular yakitori restaurant where reservations are a must. The chochin was fresh and plump with lots of orange roe. My heart's desire was for the hatsu and liver, the connected parts of the chicken heart and liver, which were juicy, sweet and overflowing with flavor. Each skewer is generous in volume, so you can enjoy the tsukune or green bell pepper slices in small bites. Both the grilled cartilage and the chicken meat are rich in meat, allowing you to experience the deliciousness of the chicken parts. Located in a quiet residential area away from Fukushima Station, the small restaurant run by a couple is also charming.
