This diner located in the underground restaurant district has a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by. First, a chilled whole tomato was served, which paired perfectly with mayonnaise. The dish of slowly simmered beef tendon and tofu was rich in flavor, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The freshly fried horse mackerel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the accompanying mayonnaise enhanced its deliciousness. The mini-sized ramen with offal stew that I ordered to finish was packed with ingredients, allowing me to enjoy the vegetables while slurping the noodles. The interior has a relaxed vibe, making it perfect for unwinding after work.
