NAKATSU WONIKU

Chef Masashi Kimura offers exquisite meat dishes such as Wagyu beef halami and chateaubriand, prepared in his own unique way. Based on the concept of yakiniku kappou, the restaurant offers a wide variety of menu items as well as meat, such as sirloin kakuni soup and natural sea bream with rice in an earthenware pot.

Opened in Nakatsu, Osaka in November 2021. It aims to be "a restaurant that connects everyone from meat-loving producers to wholesalers and consumers in a more familiar, enjoyable, and delicious way. In a short period of time, the restaurant has become a hot topic through SNS and has become a popular restaurant where reservations are difficult.

After 15 years of training at Japanese, Western, and Chinese all-genre restaurants, followed by 3 years at a yakiniku restaurant, he opened "Nakatsu Niku". Many of the restaurant's dishes are simply grilled with a touch or two of effort, and his unique cooking style and restaurant concept attract many people.
