Established in September 2018, this okonomiyaki restaurant is run by the lovely, smiling Kiyoe Harada. The restaurant was named after the island word "machchoruyo" from Ms. Harada's hometown of Etajima and her desire to "stoically pursue okonomiyaki". Matcho" has strong ties to the local community and continues to support the local food culture of Hiroshima.
