The day's side dishes are lined up in front of the counter, and it makes me excited. The seasoning is gentle, and the quality of the ingredients comes through clearly. Dishes like kinpira, unohana, and simmered eggplant are all carefully prepared and delicious. The crispy texture of the round croquettes and the impressive boiled daikon topped with fried tofu and mitsuba were also noteworthy. The arrangement and combination of the dishes are enjoyable, making it a feast for the eyes as well. The person in the white chef's coat is efficiently managing everything, creating a comfortable atmosphere where one can easily spend time alone.

It's fun to choose while looking at the side dishes lined up at the counter. You can select small bowls yourself, and the gentle seasoning allows the flavors of the ingredients to come through clearly. The fried chicken has a crispy coating and is moist on the inside, and it can be enjoyed deliciously with a squeeze of lemon alongside the salad. The small bowls, tea, and pickled vegetables are self-service, making it easy to enjoy. There are many varieties of bento, and freshly made dishes are replenished as they run out, all of which are delicious even when they cool down. The store is small and clean, allowing for a calm experience even when alone, and it's nice that they are flexible in accommodating when ingredients are available.
