My father used to be a baker, and my brothers and I joined forces to operate a famous pie store (The Pie Shop) in Shinsaibashi as well. They seem to be running three stores in total. Of course, this bakery is well known as a popular bakery. It's amazing that they manage three popular stores! The store is a bakery and café, so in addition to eating in, there is a line of various pastries on the right as you enter the store, just like a bakery, and you can eat bread as well! By the way, every step of the bread-making process, from wheat selection to baking, is done with great care. It seems to be a store that is particular about its ingredients, just like a specialty store. This time I had the following Caramel Latte (hot t☕️¥-550 (This is one of the drinks on the drink menu, coffee, and the others are shown in the 5th photo. The drink menu is shown on the 6th to 9th pictures. Food menu includes EGG PLATE & SOUP, pancakes, French toast, salads, fried foods, sandwiches, burgers, etc.

Very popular in the morning! Cafe Morning @ Yotsubashi | Delicious food and happiness♪ It's cafe life from morning! I had a weekday off and was able to get up early in the morning, so let's go! In this case, I went to an area that I rarely go to. Westwood Bakers! I've wanted to have breakfast here for a long time! I had heard it was popular, but there was a long line on a weekday morning... I'm glad I didn't have to wait in line because there was a seat available just in time, but it was so popular! Inside the restaurant, there are tables on the left and a small counter on the right. The waitresses look very busy since they also have an Uber service! There are 8 kinds of morning menu, so it's really hard to decide which one to choose! Pancakes? Granola? Toast? French toast? I had so much trouble deciding! Bacon and Egg Pancakes: 1,300 yen I decided on pancakes! Three classic buttermilk pancakes with a gentle, subtle milk flavor. And crispy grilled bacon and omelette! What an elegant morning! The sweet aroma and the sweet and spicy flavor of the syrup drizzled generously over the pancakes is so addictive! I'm so happy to be able to relax at a café! I spent a relaxing time with a cup of hot tea! When I finished eating, I had to leave quickly! There are a lot of people waiting in the cold! In the morning, I'm always in a rush because I want to sleep until the last minute... It's my own fault, but I'd like to have more time to spare (sweat) I often hear that the burgers are good too!
