I was thrilled to finally enjoy authentic Sapporo-style miso ramen after a long time. The rich soup, infused with ginger and garlic, remained piping hot until the very end, making it impossible to stop using the ladle. The slightly thinner Nishiyama-style noodles held the soup well, and the aroma spread as soon as I slurped them. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu and the soft-boiled egg were exquisite, warming my heart. Adding free extra garlic on a separate plate increased the punch and made the flavor change enjoyable. The fried rice and gyoza I ordered alongside were also excellent, leaving both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
