This shop is located in a corner of a hot spring area, and you can easily find it without getting lost. The steamed chicken on the sign is fluffy and tender, with a pleasant texture of thin skin. The miso sauce spread on it is rich and pairs well with the salt and the spiciness of yuzu. It is served on a large plate in easy-to-eat pieces, making it easy to share with everyone. The combination of tempura of wild vegetables, hot spring egg soup, rice, and pickles is also delicious, and I couldn't stop eating. The meat is so tender that it falls apart around the bones, and it's nice that any leftovers can be packed to take home.
