The pork cutlet served in a three-tiered box is visually exciting. The top tier contains the cutlet and cabbage, the middle tier has rice, and the bottom tier includes small dishes and sweets, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors little by little. The meat, made from Shonai pork, has a moist texture due to being cooked sous-vide at low temperatures, and comparing the fillet, loin, and shoulder loin is the best. There are two types of homemade sauces available, and salt and rock salt are also provided, so you can adjust the flavor to your liking, which is delightful. Especially, the fillet stands out in flavor when eaten with salt, and mixing the sauces a little also pairs perfectly. The restaurant does not have an oily smell, and with side dishes like lightly pickled vegetables, I was able to enjoy the meal pleasantly until the end.
