Before it becomes difficult to make reservations @ Karasuma Oike, Kyoto, Japan I wanted to go to the very popular yakitori restaurant "Torishiki" in Tokyo, but I couldn't go because it was difficult to make reservations! I was so curious about it that my friend thought the same thing and made a reservation for me right away! The location is a 5.6 minute walk northwest from Karasuma-Oike Station on the Karasuma Subway Line, and the only signboard is this small nameplate, but you could easily walk right past it. In the front, there is a curtain with a large coat of arms! The restaurant is completely by reservation only, with two sessions starting at 6:00 p.m. and 8:45 p.m., so don't be late! Four kinds of radish, turnip, myoga, and cucumber! The chicken skewers are mainly made from Date chicken, which is the same as Tori Shiki's, and Kyoto red chicken.
