This is a private space with only six counter seats, characterized by a simple yet modern interior. Artistic signs using unique fonts and bright plaster walls create a sophisticated atmosphere. It has become a modern hideaway that blends elements of Japanese and Western styles.

Sushi Takemoto was established by Daizo Takemoto in 2020 after training in Gion, Kyoto, fulfilling his long-held dream of independence. Located near 'Mantarou Sushi,' which has a history of 44 years, this restaurant is a space that inherits tradition while incorporating new sensibilities.

The head chef of Sushi Takemoto, Daizo Takemoto, trained in Gion, Kyoto, and mastered the techniques of Edomae sushi. The sushi he creates reflects a deep commitment to bringing out the original flavors of the fish, allowing you to appreciate the high level of his skill with every bite.
