The interior has large windows and greenery, making it comfortable to spend time in. The owner manages everything alone, providing detailed explanations and a kind response. I chose a combination of pork vindaloo and spicy chicken, which I enjoyed with turmeric-colored basmati rice. There were also tomato rasam, mixed dal, and Japanese-style keema with lotus root, and the overlapping sourness and aroma made me keep eating more. Mixing in achar, poriyal, mustard potato salad, and spiced eggs adds interesting variations to the flavor. It's great that I can adjust the presence of cilantro, the amount of rice, and the spiciness to suit my preferences.
